Our kitchen renovations fall under three main categories refresh, semi custom, and full custom. Depending on what you are looking to achieve we can help guide you in the right direction based on budget, style, and function.
Planning & Design
All of our kitchen renovations start with the planning phase. At the initial estimate we take measurements, discuss which type of renovation this will be to get you a general idea of price. If the price aligns, we will proceed into the planning and design stage. This phase has a price of $750 that applies directly to the overall renovation cost. During this phase we create renderings, get material samples, and finalize any details to present you with the final total prior and timeline prior to project start.
Fabrication, Installation, & Finishing
Once the Planning phase has been completed we move into active production. This includes building any custom pieces, ordering any materials, and prepping the space within the home to complete the vision.
Defining our types of kitchen renovations
Refresh
This is typically the most cost effective way to update your kitchen. It is primarily the cosmetics including but not limited to changing flooring, backsplashes, refinishing of existing cabinets, replacing hardware and cabinet doors, and changing out your current countertops.
Semi-Custom
This option is typically when we are no longer trying to reuse any existing elements but keeping the project within the existing footprint. This option also includes ordering in stock cabinets to fit the space and adding in optional accessories.
Full Custom
This option is when the sky is the limit. We can look at reconfiguring your current footprint. Building everything custom to the space to fully utilize every inch of space. Selecting any accessories to fit your needs, and ultimately bringing your dream vision to light.
